It seems like a pretty harsh penalty, and an especially cruel one allowing me to make a new account, purchase a subscription on it, only to come back and retroactively ban it after they'd taken my money. Is that against the TOS? I would think they would not allow the account to be created at all, if this is the case. The only thing I can think of is that I had an old account (never purchased anything on it) associated with the same email address (I can't be certain since I couldn't find any old SWTOR emails in my inbox and when I clicked "forgot username" and entered email, I never received an email). The hardest part is that I was really enjoying the game. I can't for the life of me figure out what I did wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. Only logged in from home (same IP, no VPNs). I do not solicit, chatted once, politely with another user who was extremely helpful. Monday night: Call in and am told the temporary disable has now turned into a ban.
